T1950ex is a powerful ATV trailer with a strong drive.
The trailer is V-shaped for maximum clearance under the crane, which is 40 cm clearance under the crane and 50cm at the end. The trailer is richly standard equipped with high and low gears, self-developed powerful wheels, Honda GX390 with electric start, neutral position valve, brake valve and 2 banks with 4 stakes. The frame control is electro-hydraulic so when driving, the drive is not affected. If you choose to double pump, you get 4 different speeds of the drive. The trailer has a Kranman 30-50 crane with a comfort joint as standard. It allows the small boom on the crane to have 180 degree movement. The cylinders fore the drive rollers are positioned lying down on the bogie as it is possible to have tracks on the trailer. The trailer has deprotection during the drive, As soon as you brake the ATV the trailer will also stop. Brake valve is standard on the trailer, you can adjust the braking action on the trailer so it does not pushe the ATV in slopes. The brake valve is activated automatically when you brake with the ATV.
Standard equipment:
- Flexodrive X drive system
- 30-50 crane with comfort joint 3,5m
- Wheel 300/65-12" 8 bearings
- Low and high gear
- Hydraulic unit with Honda GX390
- Electric starter to the engine
- Adjustable hydraulic brake valve
- Free connection of the drive when braking with ATV
Flexodrive X drive system delivers unique terrain characteristics
What makes it possible to have high and low gear in the wagon is that you have 2 hydraulic motors and run them in series or in parallel. The hydraulic motors are run in series, i.e. in a series of hydraulic engines. all oil must first go through one and then on to the other hydraulic motor. On low gear, the engines are run in parallel, which means that it will be like a T-clutch on the hydraulic lines. Half of the oil to one hydraulic engine and half to the other. This principle has many wagons on the market. What makes felxordive X drive system unique is that we have chosen to develop a cast gear with 2 separate connections for the drive motors. This means that both hydraulic motors operate on the same axle and must maintain the same speed. With this solution, the trolley is always 100% diffed even in the low gear. If you compare with other wagons on the market with high and low gear, there is a hydraulic motor out in each bogie pair. Then the speed of the engines becomes independent of each other. With this solution, the trolley becomes completely undesavored in the low gear.
We take an example of what it will be like with low gear without Flexodrive X drive system. You stand on an ice patch or the cart has hung itself on a stump with one bogie pair, and the other has a good hold.
Then it spins the bogie pair that does not have attached twice as fast, for the oil takes the easiest route. If you instead have flexodrive X drive system, all power goes to the wheel set that has a mount and you as a driver pass the obstacle without problems.
One of the advantages of the Flexodive X drive system is that it is possible to have straps on the wagon and drive with both rollers in and out. This is due to the hydraulic motors being well protected inside the wagon and not getting in the way of the straps. This is the reason why we do not offer high and low gear to T1750 and T1710. There we have chosen to develop a simpler design with a hydraulic motor in each bogie pair. On these wagons, the drive is always driven in series, i.e. in the series. always 100% diffad. Instead, we offer a double pump solution that is activated with a switch. This increases the speed by about 60%. This is to maintain the right terrain characteristics of a Crane Man wagon.
